1922-5-02 The Village of Warsaw polled its residents on whether the Warsaw B.B.C. should be permitted to play Sunday baseball in 1922. 249 were for it; 749 against. "The chief objection to Sunday games was the fact that an admission charge would have to be collected. This put it into the class of commercial enterprises which the voters of the village do not desire on Sunday."
